Welcome to Jillian Ray. These Terms of Service describe the terms and conditions that apply when you access our website, shop our products, place an order, or otherwise use our services.

Jillian Ray LLC (“Jillian Ray,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. They contain important information about your legal rights and responsibilities.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have provided consent for your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own, purchase, or manage.

When using the Services, you may be asked to provide information including your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information.

You represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you have the right to provide that information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to another person.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, garment dye lots, and other factors.

Many Jillian Ray products are made to order. Custom and personalized products may have natural variations based on the garment, design, placement, and production process.

Product descriptions, pricing, availability, colors, sizes, designs, and other options are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Jillian Ray. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order is fulfilled.

Please carefully review your order before submitting it, including the product, garment style, size, color, design, personalization, shipping address, and other selections.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing your order.

After the 1-hour cancellation window, production may have begun or materials may have been ordered, so cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to change a size, color, personalization detail, shipping information, or another part of your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request if production has not started, but changes are not guaranteed.

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for the customer and are subject to the eligibility requirements in our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

If we need to change or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided with your order.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund, Return & Exchange Policy.

Section 4 - Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to corrections for errors as permitted by law.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout where required.

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discounts that have separate terms and conditions. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the terms of that promotion will apply to the promotion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all authorized charges associated with your purchase.

Section 5 - Production, Shipping and Delivery

Most Jillian Ray apparel is made to order.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for production before shipment unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.

Larger orders, holidays, busy seasons, or other circumstances may require additional production time.

Shipping and delivery estimates are separate from production time.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout. Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

After an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.

If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Section 6 - Intellectual Property

The Services, including trademarks, branding, text, graphics, photographs, product images, videos, audio, website design, and other content owned by Jillian Ray LLC or its licensors, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Unless permitted by applicable law or authorized by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit materials owned by Jillian Ray.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to intellectual property belonging to Jillian Ray, Shopify, or another third party except as expressly stated.

Section 7 - Optional Tools

We may provide access to tools or services offered by third parties that we do not control.

Access to third-party tools is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or endorsements from us.

Your use of optional third-party tools is at your discretion and is also subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

We may introduce additional features, tools, or resources in the future. Those features will also form part of the Services and will be subject to these Terms where applicable.

Jillian Ray is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with Jillian Ray LLC.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Jillian Ray, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions with Jillian Ray to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Section 10 - Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

Information submitted through the Services may be transmitted to Shopify and applicable service providers, including service providers located in countries other than where you live.

Where legally permitted, we may cancel an order if material information relating to that order was incorrect.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
