Full-length sleeve printing is designed to run vertically down the length of the sleeve. Exact size and placement will be adjusted based on your design and garment size for the best finished result.

How Customization Works

I Have My Own Design

Already have artwork ready? Complete your order and email your design to jillianraydesigns@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. PNG files with a transparent background are preferred. JPG and PDF files are also accepted.

Help Me Create a Design

Have an idea but need help putting it together? Tell us your wording, names, dates, theme, preferred colors, style, and any other details you have in mind.

Basic design setup is included with your custom sweatshirt.

Design Proofs

Every custom order receives a digital proof before production begins.

Your order includes one digital proof and one revision. Please carefully review all spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, and design details during the proofing process.

Production begins only after you approve your final proof.

Additional revisions are $5 each. More involved original artwork or illustration requests might require a separate quote.

Turnaround Time

Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production after your final proof is approved.

Shipping time is separate from production time.

Need your order by a certain date? Contact us before ordering. Rush availability depends on the order and requested date and might require an additional fee.

Bulk Orders

Ordering for a school, business, team, event, trip, family, or group? Bulk savings are automatically applied to qualifying orders using the same overall design.

• 5–9 sweatshirts: 5% off
• 10–19 sweatshirts: 10% off
• 20–29 sweatshirts: 15% off
• 30+ sweatshirts: Contact us for custom bulk pricing

Different sizes are welcome and still count toward your total quantity.

• Machine wash cold
• Use mild detergent
• Do not use bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Do not iron directly over the design

Custom Order Policy

Because each custom product is made specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once production begins.

Please double-check your sweatshirt size, color, design placement, sleeve-printing selection, names, dates, spelling, and all other customization details before submitting your order and approving your final proof.

If we make an error on your order or you receive a defective item, please contact us so we can make it right.
